Sorry for confusion.Still cannot print on envelops.I took regular piece on paper 8.5 x 11 see if I can see printing on same on size as the envelope. Yes it printed. So nothing is wrong with printer. 

I am using the printed envelopes as instructed. However, it does not print.I have put regular paper  to does print the dimension envelopment .Erny

No signs. I put in some paper and printed with the same as the envelopes. But when I put envelopes it would not print.
