Main dial on EOS 5D IV not working reliably

Wondering if anyone has experienced a problem with the main dial (by the shutter button) on their 5D IV. I have to really lean it forward while turning it to get any result. Just rotating it makes nothing happen. Anyone else have this issue? Than...

Thanks for taking a look, unfortunately it is a toothed wheel - no rubber.
