Honest, maybe I am lazy and do not apply those. I got so used to my Mark 1V 5D and Mark11 IDX that I push and play. For R5C, it's all a different game. I wish Canon had made a camera that would remain user-friendly. Sir, I used FCPX for the post.

also, the apeture slider remains on F00 and when I press the shutter button, I see a flashing red camera icon on the monitor.

Yes, the battery is on. I'm even using a battery grip that allows me to add extra battery.
