PIXMA G3270 grabs multiple pieces of paper

Help! I have a new PIXMA g3270 printer and when I print anything, it grabs multiple pieces of paperwhether I have three, 13 or 20 pieces loaded.  Other than handing feeding the printer, how can I resolve this issue? Thank you in advance!
