I have tried to clean the area on the printer as guided by the printer and these maintenance procedures - clean fixing assembly and clean ITB but this has not helped.Suggestions

When I print I get black streaks on the right side of the page. I have wiped down the side of the printer as guided by the printer but I am still getting streaks. I have run the printer though the maintenance options but it has not helped.Suggestions...
