Both the draw 1 and the multifunction drawer will not feed envelopes. Both feed letter and legal size paper.

I recently purchased a Canon Color Imageclass MF753cdw printer. It works great except I cannot make it printlegal-size Excel documents single-sided despite the printer and Excel set to single-sided printing. Any suggestions?

It prints fine but regardless of the settings in Excel or on the printer set to single page, it prints duplex when I want it single page printing.
