I am so frustrated with this printer I am very close to returning it to the store and asking for a refund. I've nearly all the suggested fixes and nothing works.Th support pages don't and I'm fed up!!!!!!!!
I have Windows 10, no error message other than the computer doesn't "see" the computer. Using a USB hardwire connection. I've deleted the drivers several times an reinstalled them, sourced drivers from several locstions, you name it I've done it!
