Help! Canon 5D Mark IV wifi reset?!

I’ve been struggling for a long time to connect wifi to my iphone. When I try to ‘clear settings’ under ‘communication settings’ it is blacked out and can’t be selected. As is the ‘nickname’ option. Please help?
