How do I start a warranty claim? My new Pixma MG3620 printer is showing a jam and there is no jam. I have tried everything.

My Pixma MG 3620 is showing a jam but there is no jam. I have cleared every jam and opened numerous compartments. What do I try now? I have only had the printer since August.
