Same problem.Brand new, made 1 print.Didn't open the box until after the 30 day return date. AC power.Other people seem to be having the same problem and say Canon wants to charge shipping to return it.Disappointing.

I'm having the same problem after 1 photo print. I'm using AC power, tried different outlets, don't have the battery.
