SELPHY CP1500 Shuts Down After Starting Up

I just received the Canon SELPHY SP1500 and while during the setup it shut down. Now every time I start it, it shuts down after 2-5 seconds.I can't find any material on the issue. Can you help me find a solution?Thanks,Jonathan
