Unable to connect EOS M50 Mark11 via canon cable to Imac with Ventura 13-5-2.I've tried everything including rebooting, changing usb port etc

Ill get a new cable. However Image Capture - sometimes ok sometimes not okbut EOS Utility 3 never functioning Many thanks

I tried disabling wifi and blue T on camera and still Utility 3 is grey.Thanks
