I WAS GIFTED A PRINTER AND THE CODE 1410 KEEP SHOWING UP. (sorry for cap) I took the cartridge out and there was ink still in there but it kept saying not recognize the yellow cartridge. Does anyone know what I need to do?? Thank you for any help in...
