PIXMA TS3320 Keeps saying paper jam when there's no paper

My canon TS3322 keeps saying there is a paper jam but there is no paper in the printer. I've tried to turn it off, unplugged it, wait 10 minutes, plug it back in and it's doing the same thing. Is there something I can do to fix this issue?

I’m connected through USB I have windows 10 the error message says there is a paper jam
