Yes. All as it should be.  except for the light still being on

Neither solution worked.  I also tried removing the cartridge and re seating it.  Same result

Didn't work.  I can actually see it on the network 

I am beyond frustrated with this.  I have MacBook Air Catalina OS 10.16.7.  No matter how many times I try, I cannot get this printer to connect wirelessly.  It will connect via a USB.   How can something so simple be so difficult?
