ts3322 printer P07 code and on the computer says 5B00 code, what should i do?

Hi mike, this morning the problem started at work we use windows 11, I brought the printer home where I have windows 10 and nothing change on the printer, still showing the p07 code and on the computer shows the 5B00 code
