How to I change "quite mode" in the Canon 300? I have Mac 10.12 with USB connection.

The color option box in B&W is grayed out. I cannot select ink color. Canon support had me re-load the driver, etc., and it still doesn't work.Screen Shot 2023-01-17 at 12.27.59 PM.png
