I tried to fill the empty black ink tank on my G7020 printer but the liquid ink would not flow from the bottle into the tank. I've been able to do this before- could it be the ink has become more viscous over time and can't be used?
My G7020 ran out of black ink. When I try to refill the empty tank, the ink will not drop down from the bottle to the tank. Using a pin, I found no obstruction. Is there some kind of air lock? What to do?
