The rear paper support is jammed and does not come all the way out to access the rear cover to remove paper jam.How can I get the paper support to open?
Also, it says no paper in cassette. But there is and loaded properly. Every time you print a piece of paper gets stuck and can be removed from the front. Not happy with this unit I have had for one month.
