Rebel T5: Can't import photos to MacBook Pro

Hi! I haven't used my camera for a year now and just took it out for an event. When I went to import the photos to my laptop nothing happens.... Everything is connected and I followed the steps I've always done in the past. Don't know what's wron...

I don't think I have the image capture app. I have the Picture style editor and the digital photo professional apps. All my other ones are grayed out.
