BRAND NEW purchased today and during set up it WILL NOT accept the colored cartridge no matter what I do. I have reset the printer over a dozen times and this is the only printer my store had -_-
adding because I'm dumb and some how forgot....no matter what I do that online tells me to do it will not accept this colored cartridge. These are the cartridges that came with the printer.
