Help! The printer will print documents ok and then prints erratically: some lines are printed, some not at all in the same doc.Cleaned the print heads. Not sure how to fix. Any suggestions? Thanks......KMY

Hi Patrick, attached is photo you requested. I know I'm low on Cyan and Small Black cartridges which should be arriving today. But I don't think that's the problem.Please LMK your thoughts. Thanks again for your response.
