Yes, when I go into Settings> the gear symbol that is also settings> in product name, there is only 1 of the three printer/scanners. If I choose select, There is still only 1. I don't see a way to manually enter the static IP address we've assigned....

No, Only 1 of the 3 printers on the network shows up in scan utility. When I go into settings it doesn't give me the option to type in the ip address. We assigned static ip addresses when we first installed the printers.

As a former copy shop employee, that looks like a drum issue. I would ignore what the printer claims (that the drum is at 100%) and replace the drum.
