When I turn on the Pixma Pro-100, the machine begins to initialize. Soon it emits a loud scratchy noise and the orange light begins blinking. The printhead won't move. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
When I turn on the Pixma Pro-100, it begins to do its initialization but then makes a loud scratchy noise and the orange light comes on. The printhead seems to try to move but gets stuck and I hear the loud scratchy sound. Any advice would be great...
