My Pixma TS3322 is eligible for an exchange program, something has happened to the rollers and I was wondering how to go about getting an exchange?

Can someone post a photo of the inside of the PIXMA t3322 printer? I need to know the placement of the springs. 

I av3 a PIXMA ts3322, it's not feeding paper. I cleaned the rollers and everything.  It looks to me like the plastic piece is bent or something. When it does grab paper it pulls it in sideways. I've included a photo and circled the rollers. Can someb...
