I have a TR 7020. I received cartridges with it. As soon as I installed the black cartridged it registered as low and within two week - of printing VERY little it is not empty....WHY?

As the MX 922 is old, I have decided to replace it. The TR7020 was given to someone who does not use a Mac. Thank you.

Still I am unable to get my printer to work, TR7020, prima MX922. nothing you have advised has changed my situation. but thanks anyway

Until now I have been a fan of Canon printers. But the work around for this problem does not work, nor does converting the file to PDF using Adobe Acrobat. Now I have a completely useless brand new printer
