I have a TR 7020. I received cartridges with it. As soon as I installed the black cartridged it registered as low and within two week - of printing VERY little it is not empty....WHY?
Until now I have been a fan of Canon printers. But the work around for this problem does not work, nor does converting the file to PDF using Adobe Acrobat. Now I have a completely useless brand new printer
