Hi all,I have a l24ei scanner, when I load a document, a message says "scanner needs cleaning". I have already cleaned it twice. Is there a reset for this message?Thanks
Thanks Danny,It is associated with a TA20. I purchased the scanner separately, not with the printer, both from B&H. Scanner seems to scan OK, just keep getting the clean scanner message.
