Pixma ts9020 Will not print color

3 year old ts9020 will not print color. B & W is fine. Installed new print head, cleaned nozzles, downloaded new drivers, nothing works. Any ideas

Thanks, Tried all those things, several deep cleanings, new printhead. There is no response whatsoever on color. Color is totally gone. Grayscale is not enabled.
