Pixma ts9020 Will not print color

3 year old ts9020 will not print color.  B & W is fine.  Installed new print head, cleaned nozzles, downloaded new drivers, nothing works.  Any ideas

Hello.

 

Try removing and reinstalling the ink tanks.  Also, check to make sure that the bright orange tape has been removed from the top of each ink tank as well.  Once the tanks have been reinstalled, try one or two deep cleanings from the Maintenance menu on the printer to see if there is any improvement.

Tried all those things, several deep cleanings, new printhead.  There is no response whatsoever on color.  Color is totally gone.  Grayscale is not enabled.
