I have an mf644cdw and continually having quality issues.an amount of toner wipes off the print and I am continually having to clean the fixing assembly.I am using canon toner.How can I fix this or have I bought a lemon?

Hi Darius, I had addressed both those points in my original question and I did find the problem. I did not have the paper setting adjusted for the paper I was using. All s now ok.Thanks for replying.
