I have an mf644cdw and continually having quality issues.
an amount of toner wipes off the print and I am continually having to clean the fixing assembly.
I am using canon toner.
How can I fix this or have I bought a lemon?

Hi Darius, I had addressed both those points in my original question and I did find the problem. I did not have the paper setting adjusted for the paper I was using. All s now ok.
Thanks for replying.

HI IanP.
If the toner is coming off of the paper after printing, first check that you are using Canon genuine toner. Next, try cleaning the Fixing Assembly.
If that doesn't improve results, try the suggestions found HERE in the Online Manual.
