Pixma TS9521C is tearing envelope seams as it prints

Hello, My Pixma TS9512C is tearing envelope seams on the back of my envelopes as it prints the front of the envelope. It does not happen on every envelope, seems to be at random. Any tips to prevent this? Thanks!
