I see the SL1 camera as promising if sufficient compact EFS lenses are developed. Personally I would like a 22mm and 65mm lenses along with a 22-85mm zoom.
Can we expext a firmware update for the T2i that includes in camera CA correction?This is included in the firmware update for the 7D that also uses the Digic 4 processor (in dual configuation).
You can try the DPP software that came with your camera. DPP can read your camera settings to provide images that match your direct from camera images.
You can use Zoom Browser that came with your camera to add text. Under the edit menu - edit image - add text.Also for Windows you can use XNView for free to add text.
