Pro-100 won't print small custom print size (6.5" X 4.75")

It does not give an error message. It behaves as if it's printing but the paper comes out blank and the job disappears from the Print Queue. Please help! Thank you

They do not open until tomorrow and I have a deadline. I'm hoping for a solution this morning!Thank you
