A feature request. I like converting to dng simply because the xmp file gets embedded into the dng. Why can you set up the camera raw files to also embed the xmp files inside the raw files like dng does?Also, I would like to see a feature included on...

Why can’t camera manufacturers design the files so when shooting raw and working on them in post, thet the sidecar files get embedded into the raw file instead of having those annoying extra files?
