So I have a Canon Vixia HF R800 camcorder. I have two current batteries which work fine...but I wanted 2 more as additional back-up. Just in case.
So I bought the BM Premium 2 BP-727 batteries (which says works for canon video cameras like the one I have). They arrived today, I try them out...
The first one says it has 154 minutes of time to record...but it drained in 1 hour 9 minutes...the 2nd one was worse...it drained in about 50 minutes when it supposedly had "143 minutes" to record.
It's not my camera because I tested my previous batteries and they work fine. I don't see any damage nor do I have any programs on my camera...so I don't know if I just got unlucky and got 2 bogus batteries or what. Contacted the company, haven't heard anything as of yet.
