You will not be able to fire the 430EX II using the ST-E3-RT on the camera. The 430EX II can only be an optical slave flash. The ST-E3-RT does not support optical remote operation. You could use the pop up flash on the 80D to fire all your flashes in the optical wireless mode, though.

To add the 430EX II, you need an adaptor. Canon does not make one but Yongnuo does and it works fine. Look for the
Yongnuo YNE3-RX Wireless Flash Receiver. It's under $40.
