EOS R8 "Which LED Light Bulbs don't flicker or cause banding with the silent shutter?"

Hi,

I have a Canon EOS R8 camera. I like to use the silent shutter, with the High Frequency Anti-Flicker feature. The R8 sets the shutter speed to 119.9 of a second; otherwise, banding shows up. I would like to shoot at faster shutter speeds with the electronic shutter. I did research on this, but I saw mixed reviews even on the lights that advertise they're "flicker free". Does anyone have personal experience on which LED light bulbs don't flicker?

Some flicker-free LED bulbs flicker for the first minute after you screw them in. But if you wait a minute, and look into the camera's viewfinder, you can see the black lines (banding) slowly disappear and grow fainter. Turn off the light and then on, take a test picture at high shutter speeds, and use the high-frequency anti-flicker auto detecting feature to test for flicker.

These are flicker-free, but for the first minute, they flicker at every 240 of a second. If you close the light and open it again, it will be flicker-free from then on:
