Can't get Godox TT600 multi-flash to trigger in A+ on EOS 80D

I bought a Godox TT600 for my canon eos 80d and yes for normal flash on or off hot shoe it works as expected however I can not get the multi flash to trigger ( or any other setting) out side of A+ ( automatic ) on the camera. What am I doing wrong.
