This was taken in the early morning at the Botanical Gardens in Washington DC. This is one of my favorite shots to date! 
Canon EOS Rebel T7, EF 75-300mm f/4-5.6, 150mm, 1/125 sec, f/5.6, ISO 400.

Nice. Minor suggestion - crop bottom a tiny bit to remove the random piece of plant.
