I pick the color version as your subject's hair pops more in that one.  It'd be a shame not to take advantage of a hairstyle like that!

I love the color composition, but feel compelled to ask whether the question is one of judging which appeals to me more, or which to exhibit/sell?  I personally find this composition compelling and your processing to be beautiful.  I would say that IF for sale, why not have both available for the customer?  IF for exhibition or contest I would choose based on the criteria of the show or contest.  (Apologies for hedging.)

I would say the color version, simply because her hair and eyebrows are so defining.
