Tried freezing this carpenter bee mid-air using my Canon EOS R6 paired with the EF 70–200mm f/2.8L IS III USM lens. Shot at 165mm, 1/5000 sec, f/9, ISO 8000, handheld in Manual mode with Pattern metering.
Loving how well the R6 handles high ISO while still giving me sharp details even at extreme shutter speeds!
