I just got the TC 1.4 and was going out to an eagle area to try to see what the TC would do on the 200-800, and saw this unique pair in a field.   (I purchased the TC to use with my RF 100-400 on hikes/walks) but wanted to try it for birds in flight.  I was given this opportunity instead!!5X9A5631.jpeg

Hi Shellee116,

An white deer is a rarity !  Your so lucky to have been at the right place at the right time to get this shot.  "Life is like a box of chocolates.  You never know what you're going to get".  Where are you located, if you don't mind me asking?  I ask because you mentioned that you have albinos in your area.  Or did I misunderstand?

Cheers,
Joe

Hi Joe, Im in Winnebago county Wisconsin.   Several years ago they were at a game farm, and someone let them loose…. (About 12-15 years ago) so they have kept the gene pool going thru the years, i had a 6 point ablino in my back yard last fall.

Hi Shellee116,

That's a great story !  It would be nice if you could take a shot of that 6 point buck or other white ones.  It they would be one in a million shot.

Cheers,
Joe
