imageFORMULA P-215II macOS Sonoma driver availability


When will there be a driver for Sonoma?

We have an ImageFORMULA P-215II and a ImageFORMULA R10 that we're unable to use since we purchased new Macs.

The most up to date driver for the P-215II can be found HERE. As for the R10, this scanner is a plug an play scanner and does not have drivers. 

If the scanner is not detected, try a different USB port or if connected to a laptop, make sure the laptop is connected to an outlet and not running off battery.

We are still getting a driver error with the R10.  I was able to get the P-215II working on one computer but not on the computer we most need a scanner on. Any reason that would be?


It could be a security setting on the computer that is not allowing the R10 to open correctly when plugged in.
