I'm stumped here. I downloaded the ISIS & TWAIN P-150 scanner driver and when I attempt to run setup.exe, the program runs and loads about 1/4-1/3 of the way and crashes. Everything I have troubleshooted as not fixed the issue. Here is what I have tried:
- Running in admin mode
- Running in different compatibilities
- Checking sfc and DISM and found no corruption
- Booting into safe mode
- Loading System Configuration and disabling all services
- Turning off Windows Firewall
Here is my system information:
Edition Windows 10 Pro
Version 22H2
Installed on 4/16/2023
OS build 19045.3930
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19053.1000.0
If any more information would be helpful, let me know. Thank you for any insight.

Greetings,
Do you have a 3rd party anti-virus software installed?
Review the Event Manager and see if there is error information.
Take a look at the MS Program Install and Uninstall troubleshooter.
Fix problems that block programs from being installed or removed - Microsoft Support
I've used this with success in the past.
