I have a DR-M260 scanner that will sometimes give me an error message on Windows 11 that reads. Can't talk to scanner, check cables and power.[Error Code=36]
If I restart the scanner itself, and it will come back and start communicating. I have contacted my IT department, and they have removed and re-installed the software for the scanner and have checked all power settings on the USB plugs, as well as tried replacing the USB cable. I have had it happen twice in the past 30 minutes.
