Hello all,
Recently I have upgraded my workstation to the latest window version 24h2, and have come across an issue where Canon software Captureontouch V5 pro will not recognize my scanner ( Listed above).
My scanner connected via usb, is visible when selecting it, but once I enter the scanning screen on ontouch it will give me a pop-up stating it is not connected to one.
Is this a compatibility issue? I only notice this error since upgrading it to 24h2.
Currently I am using Windows fax and scan system, but much prefer ontouch.
Any advice will be helpful!! Thank you in advance.

Hi,
Please disconnect the scanner and uninstall CaptureOnTouch. Once it is reinstalled, please restart your computer.
After the restart, please click HERE and select software and drivers. Then download the most up to date CaptureOnTouchV5 file. Make sure the scanner is disconnected when installing. Once complete, reconnect the scanner usb cord and open CaptureOnTouch to try and scan.
