We have a Canon DR-2110 scanner that is about two years old. The scanner is showing an error message on the screen intermittently. The error says: HARDWARE ERROR #E032
Is there something I can do here to resolve that, or do we need to schedule a service call? The end-user seems to think that blowing it out with compressed air will resolve this, because she read it online. Everything I see says that we need a new main PCB.
Just trying to figure out the best course of action, because we have blown this thing out a few times and it has not helped. If that is even worth continuing to attempt I will do it more to try and get it to work, but I have reached a point that I think that cleaning it out with compressed air is not the proper resolution 😉
