Hello Everyone,
I have a DR-C230 scanner connected to Windows 11 Pro PC, this is the second time it is having this issue of not detecting paper on the feeder, we can move the scanner to another PC and it will work fine, we can move another DR-C230 to the PC and it will have the same issue so we know it is something regarding the PC, this PC is no different then the others that work and has the same applications installed on it. I have gone through most troubleshooting steps such as:
- uninstalling/installing drivers, CaptureProv4 and v5, changing cables from scanner to PC, rebooting machine, restarting services, unplugging unit for a bit and plugging it back in, cleaning the unit.
Nothing has worked, first time this happened did all the above and it just started working a few days later. Anyone have any idea on how to resolve this issue?

I am experiencing the same exacct issue on windows 11 Enterprise for DRC130. There are no windows 11 drivers available and the device is setup and recognised by keep getting the same error as above.
Any advice on this ?
