Ranger driver for Canon Check Scanner not working after latest Windows 11 update

When I open my ranger for my check scanner after installing the last two Windows 11 updates (KB5049622) and (KB5050009) it tells me that the transport is dead. After I uninstal both updates and reboot the computer several times the scanner starts to work again. Any insight?
